We are aware that there are many mobile coffee vendors and catering vans that currently supply many places of work. However, whilst they may welcome customers to their vans, nobody offers the real coffee shop range or quality that we do. By acquiring a Percolapps franchise, you will be investing in a tried and tested business and will have the rights to replicate an identical system in your own exclusive territory.   • You'll need a computer. (You don't need to be an expert - but you do need to be willing to learn some basic computer skills - don't worry we'll help you here too.)
  • Please note that you will need to live in the area that you wish to work. Local knowledge is essential for the operation of this Franchise.

We ask you to complete a confidential franchise application form which will give us a clear indication of your circumstances and ability to meet the investment needs as well as an insight into your background before we first meet. You'll need to return the application form with a signed copy of our confidentiality agreement.

2. Our Meeting

After we have received your application and confidentiality agreement, we will contact you to answer any initial questions you may have. If the franchise is still of interest, we will arrange a visit to our business so that you can meet us, see what Percolapps involves and we can answer any more detailed questions that you may have... over coffee. We will provide you with all the appropriate information to help you in your decision making process.

3. Setting up Your Franchise

After the initial meetings and disclosures, should we both decide to proceed, a Franchise Agreement and business plan will be drawn up. We will also research your planned territory and assist you with an evaluation of your potential market.

A training course will be provided which has been designed to help you learn the key skills required to operate a successful business in your territory. Copies of all manuals and materials necessary for the complete running of your business will be provided. It is crucial to the premium positioning of Percolapps that all franchisees have successfully completed our training course and that they are able to produce coffee and our unique coffee shop experience consistently to our standards.

4. Marketing

Since launching Percolapps we have developed numerous techniques to bring in new business and your franchise training will include comprehensive information and a marketing manual to assist in the launch and ongoing promotion of your business.

Franchisees are provided with a starter pack of branded stationery, sample advertisements and business cards - everything you need for a professional launch. Together with branded letterheads, compliment slips, business cards and flyers etc, your pack also includes a CD-ROM containing colour and black and white advertisements ready for local press and fliers.
